Tom Kerridge Instagram – After nearly 14 years of working alongside this brilliant, talented, driven, amazing human being Nick Beardshaw @beardymanchef he is finally making a run for it and setting up on his own (watch this space, donāt worry we will tell you all about it!)
Nick has been instrumental to the success of our businesses, starting off as sous chef @handfmarlow then to opening @thecoachmarlow and achieving its first Michelin star, then finally opening @kerridgesbandg. His vision, knowledge and thirst for new information, technique and skills has pushed these restaurants and helped establish them in the fantastic realms that they operate in.
Wishing Nick the best of luck as he jumps into the wonderful warm waters of restaurant ownership. I feel honoured to have him as a friend and we will be supporting and shouting encouragement along all the way.
