Tyler Grey Instagram – Be positive. I know it’s cliche and I know you’ve heard it a million times because I did too and I always thought: “It isn’t THAT easy”. Well, I was right and I was wrong. What I now know is that it was very hard for me to change my mind into a positive state but once I did; it worked. Or I should say, it’s working. Make no mistake it took me awhile working at it to get it to stick but the more you do it the easier it becomes. Now when things are going good I think: “what else is going to go right” rather than I would used to think and we all know what that is. If you are like me, you are hard on yourself VERY hard. I’ve tried everything and that just doesn’t help. Pushing yourself is good, getting down on yourself isn’t. I can’t wait to get my books message out there but I assure you I have been at the bottom more than once and I am looking forward to explaining step by step what I did to put me where I am today. Of note: it isn’t “the top”, it’s being in a place where I I don’t even think in those terms anymore. I have been working crazy hard to get this message out because I know the truth of it first hand.
