Tyler Grey Instagram – I had a great to birthday thanks to many special people but most importantly to @cristiane_ferreira_fit ! Thank you so much for making my day special. Also thanks to @justinmelnick for allowing us to come stay with you and enjoy a great group of people! Also thanks to @swanloon who made us an awesome cake and worked so hard to make it a great time for everyone! Also of note: This is literally the first birthday that I haven’t drank or taken drugs (prescription) for probably…well most likely since I got injured. If you are struggling with addiction ANY addiction you can overcome it, you just have to feel you deserve to quit it. Life is amazing when you allow yourself to deserve good things.
