Ok so 2023 was a very hard year for me due to almost 7 months of strikes in my industry. If was super rough on me and many many others. The effects from the strikes were a ton of stress and frustration. That being said, that all led me to where I currently am which is the most clear direction and purpose I have had since the military. I am not just working on a book, I am going to create a movement that I believe we are all ready for if you are reading this. More to come on that, but my point is that that difficult time led me to this. Growth only comes from discomfort. I say it all the time and I do believe it but it’s still hard to see the growth that will come from a situation when we are still in the middle of it. I am very thankful now for that adversity because it led to this which I know will help others and I can’t wait to release it all! @cristiane_ferreira_fit Thank you so much for your love and support always but especially this last year, you are truly the strongest person I know.
