Tyler Grey Instagram – Today these were the Memorials that came the mind thinking about the people that were lost in those wars. The first because it is forgotten, the second because it is the Vets I grew up with and the third because the events of the great war are still with us every single day. Each year my perspective on this day changes. Some years I feel more guilty than others that I am able to selfishly post something as obviously the real ones this post is meant for aren’t the ones who will see it. This year I am posting this for the younger generations. It is impossible to overstate the importance of instilling in the younger generations the awareness that we have what we have today because people in the past were willing to fight and die for it. Why do I feel this message is so important today? Because sadly I fear in the not too distant future we will once again need a generation willing to fight to keep the freedoms we have. Today we remember the sacrifices of millions of men and women who fought in wars past and who made the ultimate sacrifice to earn them.
