I’m so pleased to announce I’ve recorded a podcast with @LundbeckUK discussing a wide range of topics surrounding mental health. It will come as no surprise to you all that owing to my own personal struggles during the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve taken an interest in mental health topics & am very passionate about encouraging others to talk openly about their problems & any struggles that they may be having, because this is what helped me most of all.
In this six-part series I’ll be hosting the Mind If I Join You? series 2 podcast alongside Professor John Harrison & speaking to a very special guest each week about different mental health topics. The series has been organised by Lundbeck for UK audiences and is available to listen to on Spotify.
I’m so proud of this project & delighted to be able to share it with you all as it is a topic that is close to my heart.
