Xavier de le Rue Instagram – Walking on that ridge I released that slab from a distance, which felt pretty scary on the moment as it really caught me by surprise. (Flick through to see some of it…)😥
Looking back at it, it was predictable but still I got so used to the stability of those fjords that it served me as a good lesson to keep the focus.
It was harder to enjoy the run right after but thankfully the mojo came back pretty quick🤟
Still in Senja, That couloir is called « lazy ass » which describes really well the state I’ve been when climbing this one.
