Every Friday, Prime Minister Anwar makes it a point to eat at a local place and attend a different mosque, demonstrating a dedication to staying connected with his constituents. Despite the busy schedule, the Prime Minister continuously showed his passion for Islam through his conversations about Palestine and his concerns about the Malaysian people. While of course it is natural to disagree with some policies even of those politicians one admires, the dedication to open dialogue is something all Muslim leaders can learn from. May we see more leaders embodying his spirit and leadership.

Tolerance of diversity is essential especially in a modern world so constantly changing: paradigm shifts in the global economy, worldwide political turmoil, and the progress of AI to name a few. Scholars will inevitably differ, and these valid differences of opinion should be respected and dealt with Prophetic grace and mercy, not vitriol and slander.
