The first two are self-explanatory with safety and protection at the forefront, as we all know Motorsport can be dangerous. But when it comes to my body and making sure I’m in tip top condition, I always have hydration tabs and lip balm 👌🏻 I’m lucky enough to race in various countries, in various climates, be it freezing cold 🥶, windy and wet or beaming sunshine 🥵, pair that with flights and transportation with air conditioning – it all takes it out of your skin, and there is nothing worse than chapped dry lips!
