I am already bereft at the thought of not seeing these two every week. I can’t define it, can’t explain it. I don’t need to. You have all witnessed the truth of our bond. We just…love each other.
Yes, we have a Dream Team text thread. No, you will never be privy to how wildly irreverent it is. No, our fearless leader is not on it (we value our jobs!) But what I can tell you is that they are the third contacts that come up in my phone after my husband and my mom. I can also tell you our conversations are a constant source of joy. They are my protectors and the biggest pains in my ass. I would do absolutely anything for them. (And honestly, I have). We sing together. We dance together. We laugh and cry together.
