Alyssa Sutherland Instagram – WE DID IT! 🎉 Today, for the first time, the New York Assembly and Senate both passed the #FashionWorkersAct! Now, the bill heads to @govkathyhochul’s desk for her signature.
We are so grateful to Senator @bradhoylman and Assembly Member @karinesreyes87 for being our champions. Thanks to you, New York has said unequivocally that the status quo is unacceptable and that models deserve to have basic rights and protections as workers.
