someone asked today how was my mental health… it was a little rocky this month but…
Well this is me having a much needed night to myself in a hotel room! No alcohol ( in case y’all thought i was tipsy) this is just my personality! just loads of room service, not working, not talking, just living my best life total peace! Grateful for my life. Grateful for this comfy bed! Decompressing alone and recharging my battery to go be better next week for my kids, my projects, my filming schedule, my art, my businesses! MYSELF! Live your life! Be grateful. Be easy on yourself. Be silly! Be naked in a hotel bed (or your own bed!lol) But reset if you can in any way that you can safely with intention! We are not perfect so let go of anything you feel you didn’t do right , try again, give thanks, pay forward what you can! Be appreciative, be kind, be good to yourself! love you all ! Throwback to last weekend at CES in Vegas. Pretty sure i caught the flu from the busy event, but it was a success for the company nonetheless!
what could’ve been a really stressful day was made super easy with @biirdeetravel after missing my flight from France to LAX. They were able to book me a last minute business class to get a discounted rate, and guess what ?…I got to sit next to my bestie! ! Everyone was super kind, the food was delicious and the entertainment on board was just what I needed to relax. On my way home back to adulting has never felt better!
