Make sure you blow dry any sweat out of your hair as soon as possible, especially close to your roots / scalp

Brush out any tangles

Make sure the dry shampoo you’re using is highly absorbent and conditioning so it doesn’t dry your scalp out. Also make sure the ingredients are 👌🏻 you’re applying this directly to the foundation of your hair, you don’t want to apply anything that could potentially cause your follicles / pores to be clogged.

I can workout at the gym 3-4 days/week and still only wash my hair once or twice a week.

The natural oils and the break from shampooing will show in your hair. Over washing can cause unnecessary damage and dryness.
