Carol Alt Instagram – I went into the archives for these little pink Escada sandals… I love my archives. I think shoes are like artwork. I rarely throw a pair away. I’ve lost some, I’ve missed placed one of two… But at the end of the day I archive them. Tell me what you think is artwork I mean, of course besides a painting or pictures hanging on the wall. It could be an earring or a tie (like my friend Nicole Miller had these amazing ties in the 80s) Is there anything that you look at and just think “How the heck did they make that? It’s beautiful!” Tell me… #location @ezstudios
Carol Alt Instagram – My doctor always told me to juice carrots because it was very good to help alkaline and out the body. So many people I know have acid problems… In fact, most ailments are inflammatory. If we can reduce the inflammation in the body, my theory is we could have less dis-ease! Well, it’s a working theory… And I have been working it for the last 30 years!! In fact, I saved my own life by eating as much alkaline foods as I possibly could. Yet I have a lot of friends who have digestive problems. Besides suggesting a digestive like a papaya enzyme, or some thing, even stronger if you can find it at your health food store , I suggest not drinking while you’re eating (have water close by in case you have trouble swallowing some thing) but try not to dilute the acid in your stomach while you’re eating because that can cause indigestion when you can’t digest your food. But also, I find that most people eat so much acidic food(a.k.a. cooked food) Well, your stomach is already acid. So putting acid food into an acid system strikes no balance at all. What happens is your body tries to throw it back out again. And instead of taking something that neutralizes the acid and then doesn’t digest anything, perhaps, just adding more raw foods to your diet could help that acid indigestion problem… Again, it’s a working Siri but one I’ve been utilizing for the last 30 years.
