Cassi Thomson Instagram – Rem and I are learning and it is not perfect — he’s dropping behind the vertical, I’m not entirely balanced and stable in the saddle… the list goes on. It has not all come together for us yet but you can see it becoming and that’s so dope to me. Learning can be extremely frustrating and disheartening but my goal when I’m with these animals is to maintain my faith in myself and allow myself to be imperfect, kind, and patient. Learning is not linear and the more I can let go of the notion of “should be” the more I enjoy the process.
