Tokyo isn’t massively equipped for heavy snowfall, therefore a lot of roads were neither salted nor covered with the grid to help people walk.
Also there are not as many machines to plough the snow, going outside had to be taken at your own risk.
A lot of trains were delayed and shops and restaurants were closing early to make sure staff got home

I’m glad I took that risk going outside nevertheless because otherwise I would’ve never been able to show you this wonderful scenes.
