Christina Marie Karis Instagram – Nineteen years. Today marks 19 years of knowing, loving, and (much to my embarrassment) running from Jesus. It’s amazing that a love so pure, unconditional, loving, and kind could ever be taken for granted. But I’ve done that. I’ve looked for His love in other people, jobs, philosophies, and even in myself. And always came up empty. There is nothing in this world that satisfies my soul’s desire like having a relationship with Jesus Christ. After incurring pain and heartache, I became a pretty private person, only posting about acting and art. But the real love of my life is not found in this world. The real love of my life is Jesus. I know that’s so taboo to say these days, but it’s the truth. I don’t understand everything in the Bible, or everything about Christianity. But I know that I know that I KNOW that Jesus saved my life and continues to do so over and over and over again.
I’m not sure what my career will look like, if I’ll be deemed “successful”, or achieve all my earthly goals. And I’m not even sure I care anymore. I love acting. I love storytelling. I love making movies. But it will always be second to Him✝️ ALWAYS🤍
