Christina Pascucci Instagram – Tears are streaming down my face as I write this because Dave, you’re one of the best ones.
I knew Dave since I was a child. His eternal optimism and way of making people feel seen was unmatched. He was the brightest light in the room, maybe other than his beautiful wife, Rebecca.
Less than two years ago, at their wedding, Dave proclaimed he was cancer free. I was convinced he had won the war. We all were.
In November, he and Rebecca agreed to host a fundraiser for me. Unbeknownst to me, Dave’s cancer had come back with a vengeance. But through the immense pain he was experiencing, and the weakness, he spent hours getting people to show up for me. That’s the man he was. Generous, fiercely supportive, and full of life and love.
