Ingredients:
¼ cup Wonderful Pistachios No Shells Jalapeño Lime, chopped
2-3 large ripe Hass avocados
1/4 cup (35 g) minced red onion
1 tablespoon minced jalapeño chile
¼ cup (10 g) chopped fresh cilantro leaves
kosher salt to taste
1 ½ tablespoons fresh lime juice, or to taste
Directions:
1. Slice the avocados lengthwise around the pit and carefully remove the pit.
2. Using a large spoon, scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a large bowl or molcajete. Using the back of a fork, mash the avocado until slightly smooth but still chunky.
3. Mix in the Wonderful Pistachios, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Season with salt and lime juice to taste. Serve immediately.
