Over the next year, we will release 15 individual books starting with “PASTA! Each book will focus on a specific category. This is not just a collection of recipes but a testament to my lifelong love affair with food. Each recipe has been crafted with my heart and soul and I hope to inspire you to cook with same passion and love that I do. The uniqueness of these books will be that embedded in each book will be videos to bring the recipe to life. We also have a new cutting edge and I believe a first, an A.I. Sou Chef who will answer questions the reader may have about each recipe.
