Dina Deleasa Instagram – Instant elevation right here ! Just take a couple of minutes to grill up some eggplant rounds and put them on the platter with your tomato and fresh mozzarella!
I throw some olive oil on a grill pan and grill the rounds for about 2 1/2 minutes on each side. As they grill I sprinkle them with kosher salt , give the a drizzle of honey and a tiny splash of balsamic . Then I flip them over .
