We’ve got these systems (nervous, respiratory, immune, digestive, cardiovascular, etc) within our system that circulate…
and a lymph system which actually does not…
When we move- we stimulate our system.
We stimulate EVERYTHING- including that stagnant lymph system.
This helps to make our bodies run efficiently, and makes us feel good. 😊👍
Skin is clearer because we sweat out toxins.
Digestion is better- eliminating more toxins.
Immune system is stronger –
winning battles with the dirty bugs trying to wreak havoc on us. (See what I did there? 😉)

Working my brain and body while escaping adulthood for a short period in order to balance life out.
