Dipannita Sharma Instagram – When I begun yoga a few months after my surgery ( which I’ve already spoken about earlier ) last year being on the mat itself was a challenge . I still have a long way to go but I am being able to hold the plank better than before ( my arms & core muscles a lot stronger ) & go into ‘upward facing’ then a ‘downward facing’ dog from it ( lower body , so good for my legs & feet ) in a flow . Body feels so so much more resilient & my breathing much more equal & steady ! breathe breathe breathe is the key !!! & I never forget the ‘child’s pose’ ( the one at the end ) for grounding & breathing into the back down to my spine . Aah bliss
