Emelie Forsberg Instagram – Motivation to run during cold dark snowy days? For some more weeks I will savour a diverse and free training regime with the most focus on hours. I still do a little running and my motivation to either go on the treadmill or outside is; 1 Focus on the feeling. It actually feels good the movement, and maybe even more to get it done under the winter conditions. 2 a good serie I can only watch on the treadmill! Blacklist I can recommend! Or a sport documentary. 3 If icy, out spikes ( special ones for shoes 😆) on one pair of shoes. I did it on a well used tomir. 4 find a sauna in your area, enjoy it after ❤️
