Emelie Forsberg Instagram – This weekends race was a hard one! First time running the ⬆️ ⬇️ mountain running distance for team 🇸🇪! It has motivated my training this spring, to try a “different ” kind of race distance. I knew it was gonna be hard, and I’m a little disappointed with my race, or more accurate- the feeling. I felt bad from the beginning, but proud to finish. I had more hopes with some good training block in my back. Today I woke up feeling a bit under the water with very low HRV- so hopefully it’s not a bad 🦠
I know most of you know me and my strenghts, so going in to this race is always a bit tricky as some might expect more. I try to focus on my own values and motivation. As we all should try!
