The best time in Mallorca with the best company … exactly what was needed after a super busy and intense start to 2024 🧡
My first sip of alcohol in 6 months was had on this trip and definitely didn’t disappoint – feel like having 6 months away definitely gave me time to reflect and have clarity on everything … no anxiety was had – even after 3 or 4 glasses, which is definitely making me feel I’ve broken the anxiety cycle 🧡
Also … flying ✈️ this was my first flight this year as I’d made the decision not to fly as frequently because of the anxiety I was developing around flying last year – but again the break from flying seems to have cured the anxiety as I enjoyed the flight there and back 🥰
All round unreal trip with time to relax and reflect on what an amazing start we’ve had to 2024 … and the plans are in place ready for the next half of the year 🧡🇪🇸 | Posted on 23/Jun/2024 14:08:09
