Emily Gravett Instagram – I made this little dish as an experiment. I reclaimed all my scraps of clay and had coloured a batch with a stain. I threw a set of 3 swirly bowls for a friend (last pics) and had a bit of clay left over so made this little dish. It was a bit underwhelming as the colours had got quite mixed, but it did look a bit like the sky so I added a flock of birds. I love that just adding something simple can lift a piece.
