Izabella Miko Instagram – Sometimes I get all glammed up 🤣🙌 This was a cover shoot for a magazine that literally shut down right before my cover was supposed to come out 🤦🏼♀️ it’s actually unbelievable how many little and big heart breaks I’ve had in my career (this was a tiny one, more of an annoyance of the time wasted 😆) but if this industry was easy everyone would be in it, because when things do hit, it’s amazing to be a part of something so big and influential. But in order to experience those you need to go through countless “almost booked it” scenarios, a few “sorry the budget was cut in half so we had to delete your story line” scenarios, at least one experience of having your scenes deleted (and the studio not telling you that, so you keep promoting the film and show up to the premiere like an idiot 😂) and occasional firing because your look doesn’t go well with the actress they recast opposite you. But you keep going, because as an artist it’s your job to share your gifts with the world and if you do keep working and getting close, that means there’s something there that needs to be expressed on a larger scale. God didn’t put this desire in you unless there was a way for you to fulfill it. If you’re still reading this, this is your sign. Keep going! 😘😘😘
