⚪️ SINGLE ARM ROW
⚪️ DEAD BUGS
⚪️ SINGLE ARM SHOULDER PRESS
⚪️ HIP THRUST
⚪️ RDL
3–4 sets x 10-12 reps of each exercise, superset two exercises to save time.
