Jessika Evelyn Heiser Instagram – Believe me when I say, true happiness, self worth and fulfillment comes from within. It’s not in a job title, external accomplishment, or social media recognition. What you think of yourself matters the most. I think this is one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned in the past few years. I’m so blessed to feel like I am my best self. I’m always working to improve but looking at photos and seeing my strides in the gym and my runs, I’m just so proud of how I’ve shown up. It’s all possible. I’ve been hard on myself for years. While I always want to achieve more, I’m also trying to lean into the gratitude of what is and feel that energy that me and the universe are working with one another instead of against one another.
