Treat Yerself.
Chocolate Chip Banana Bars
* 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
* 3 ripe bananas
* 1 cup nut butter
* 1 egg
* 1 tsp baking powder
* Splash of pure vanilla extract
* Dash of cinnamon
* Dash of salt
* A handful of chocolate chips
Bake at 350F for 22-25 min
Let cool for 10 min before cutting

1/2 cup dark rum
1/2 cup triple sec
1/4 cup amaretto
1/4 cup lime juice
2 cups pineapple juice
1 cup club soda 
Serve over ice 🍹

10 years ago today, this guy ambushed me at an Elbow concert and two weeks later he was leaving an extra toothbrush in my bathroom and slowly moving his clothes into my closet. He could teach a class on closing the deal. 😂
