The key is to CONSISTENTLY relieve the tension at my calf n plantar to reduce the pain.
And here, solutions tried n tested!
– wearing slippers at home (find one with arch support, if not, it’s a waste of effort)
– stretching n foam-rolling (it has to be consistent cos when I stopped it after the condition improved, the pain recurred. Search videos on YouTube 👍🏼)
– shockwave therapy (which I did at @physioandsoleclinic ) – depending on individual, this can work effectively for some patients after a few sessions
– wearing customised insoles daily; mine’s from @physioandsoleclinic (this explains why I’ve been wearing the same black sports shoes regardless of #ootd😢)
