Jonalyn Saxer Instagram – All I can think to say is “wow.” On Tuesday one of my dreams came true.
The moment I learned what the legacy robe was (many years ago), it was something I dreamed about getting. It is such a huge honor, and I feel so blessed to be a part of this incredible community.
And this cast. Wow, do they know how to make you feel special. I’m so thrilled to be a part of this family. And all of our creatives who also showed up to celebrate this huge honor, and who lift us all up every single day. I can’t even begin to express my gratitude.
So I’ll just be over here, still bursting into tears everytime I relive this moment.
The legacy robe celebrates the ensemble. And if you know me, you know how much pride I have in being in the ensemble and telling the story. With this robe I carry the memories, people, experiences, and lessons learned of all my past shows that got me to this point. To each choreographer, director, and MD that gave me a chance. Each casting office that year after year has had me back, thank you.
