I wanted to mention that standing up for animals is not easy. We get bullied and made fun of for wanting to save innocent lives. I can’t even begin to count the times I was singled out not on my terms and made fun of for my choice in not harming animals. It’s a wild world we live in. But im here to say you’re not alone! Stand strong! Look those people in the eyes and share compassion and hope that one day they will no longer be blind. That one day they will see. For all those who speak up for the animals even when you’re the only one… thank you! You are magic! Im Not the best with public speaking believe it or not especially when I feel emotional so I’m a bit fragmented but I’m grateful for @we_are_all_everywhere_forever for asking me to be one of the speakers for the last week of the pig vigils at Farmer John’s. I was shaking and lost for words but the energy I felt from everyone last night gave me hope that there are humans here on Earth that care deeply for the animals so much so that they defy the standard norms in our society and choose to live life without harming animals. Thank you to everyone apart of the movement! To all those before me who put up the good fight and never lost hope and to those after me that continue to fight for justice and a more peaceful planet. We can learn a lot from these animals. They do not need to be exploited abused experimented on nor eaten for us to live. Remember that it is a journey and every step you take in the right direction makes a huge difference! Thank you all for having an open heart and mind. The fight isn’t over and change is possible! Just look around, it’s very apparent that your voices and actions are making an impact for the better! Like I said, there are many issues we have to address in society ! But the animals don’t have the privilege to have their own communities to speak up for them!
