Summer is here! It’s so spicy here in Tokyo, so I decided to follow up last week’s frozen treat collection with this week’s shaved ice collection! Until coming to Japan, I had only had the cheap (but delicious!!) shaved ice you get at fairs… and of course that it available here, too. BUT! Japan (and much of Asia Hawaii) has taken shaved ice to new heights! So many varieties of toppings, and so very refreshing! Which of these would you most like to eat right now??
