She was terrified for the scale to go up but since she had really no fat to lose, to increase strength, we needed her to start building some muscle and that would require her to put on a few pounds.
I’m SO proud of her for pushing through those thoughts and how consistent she’s been with the lifting. She’s lean and strong!
