Scotland pt 1: Moments I treasure with people I love. I am still reeling from our adventure last week!! What an absolute dream to frolic through castles, ride through The Highlands, search for Nessie on Loch Ness, learn traditional dances and eat plant-based versions of traditional dishes, hear performances by beautiful musicians and meet wonderful people. Oh, and visit @thetraitorsus set, of course!!! We are such fans of the show, and getting to see where the magic happens (and meet some of the creatives that MAKE it all happen) was surreal. I am going to continue being gushy. This past week, I got to spend time with these beautiful women – we have all been friends for nearly 30 (29) years!! Watching each other grow, from getting married (bridey @sunbaby.88) to starting families (@reetskeet728 @alexjnsn) to running marathons (Sara is running the NYC marathon right now) to starting their own businesses (go buy custom swimsuits from boss lady @luv_martha) has been so incredible. Also a little surreal, considering how little we were when we all met ➡️➡️➡️ These silly kids still come out when we’re together. I hope they always will. ❤️

I’d never had the experience of a hotel feeling like home until we stayed for a month at @gettysburghotel earlier this year. We’d wake up to a view of a Christmas-filled square, groggily walk down to @gettysburghotelstarbucks where everyone smiled despite the time and somehow knew our orders, passing fireplaces and Christmas trees in charming nooks and crannies along the way. At night, we’d get to see Terry and the other amazing bartenders at @onelincolngettysburg for a nightcap and unwind from the day. Getting to go back this week filled my heart – it was so hard to leave! If you’re ever in Gettysburg, stay here. It was established in 1797, and it feels like being a part of both a rich history and a loving family. ❤️ 📸: @markhapka
