Kelsey Barnard Clark Instagram – During Covid I stopped buying plants for our beach bungalow because it felt wasteful, extravagant even during times I felt the need to be frugal. I quickly came to regret this new practice as I realized just how much joy a simple vase of flowers could bring. A classic case of you don’t know til it’s gone. Being surrounded by beauty and living in spaces I find calm and serene is a direct correlation to my mood, my health, my productivity. I was literally being my own joy sucker .
