Thank you PsychOs. Truly. To say that you surpassed our expectations for the first ever #PsychCon is an understatement. We heard it couldn’t be done. It shouldn’t be done. Why bother with something that’s so long in the tooth, that doesn’t pull in new fans, that has a ‘blue sky’ message that isn’t edgy??
Thank you for proving “them” wrong. New fans discover our little show yearly! Comedy and levity is always a salve for weary hearts! And ‘blue skies’ has proven time and again that being nice can be a super power!!
I still am feeling immensely grateful and thankful and awed by your stories, your questions, your tales of love and loss, and your powerful messages of friendship and hope. I am humbled that you’ve accepted this cast into your lives. I will wear the beads, use the keychains, joyously laugh with the hand-written messages and hand-drawn art!! And I will vow to stand strong and remind myself to take up space. ❤️
