Kristína Nemčková Instagram – Kdybych měla jmenovat jedno jídlo, které mám z domova nejraději, jsou to 𝐏𝐈𝐑𝐎𝐇𝐘 plněné brynzou nebo povidly. Dělává mi je babička vždy, když ví, že dorazím.
Přesně těmito pirohy jsem se nechala inspirovat a připravila je se slaninovým consommé jako jeden z chodů mé degustační večeře.

If I would had to name one dish I like the most from home it would be definatelly PIROHY filled with sheep milk cheese (bryndza) or in sweet version with plum jam. My grandma prepares the best ones and it inspired me to made pierogies in different way with bacon consommé as one of the courses of my tasting dinner.
