3 days a week you’ll find rockstar @smriti.thingbaijam and I lifting serious weights in the gym. And then there are days we do mobility/asanas/pranayam/sound therapy. All of this under the guidance of Dinesh sir. It’s rare for one person to have such in-depth knowledge of both anatomy/strength training principles AND traditional/modern yoga. What I value most is his style of coaching. It’s kind and logical. My life has truly been richer since I met him last year.
