Leigh Holland-Keen Instagram – I swear for the past 3 years my life has been full of constant rebuilds – I get knocked down but every time I get back up. I don’t have it in me to give up. Both a blessing and a curse. This is all I’ve known as my main form of therapy since I was a teenager and I honestly feel like it’s helped me through my hardest moments in life. My physical health has been pretty poor since my surgery, which has been frustrating as hell, but I’m here, I’m alive and I feel blessed that I have the option to “rebuild” .
