I’m incredibly grateful to the Screen Actors Guild who fought to ensure that its members received health care & a pension. Who held the line against the networks & studios for its members to receive residual payments.
In this era of streaming, in which residual payments are pretty much non-existent, coupled with the existential threat of actors & writers being replaced by Artificial Intelligence, the strength of a Union & it’s members is more important than ever.
Proud to be a member of @sagaftra Proud of the @wgawest & @wgaeast for their steadfast commitment.
