Exactly 3 years apart! I wanted to recreate this photo and didn’t realize the massive change we have made here at @trifecta_mma_visalia .
I started teaching a Women’s Class when I was only a Blue Belt. I had no clue the direction I wanted to go with the women at that time but over the years I see it clearly. I couldn’t be more EXCITED to have and be apart of this dynamic Women’s Class in the @cityofvisalia .
