May Phua Instagram – Was down with Covid for a week, body was aching and my mood was down after a couple of days from lying down. Got in about 10-15mins of mobility time in and honestly I couldn’t have felt better.
I edited and compressed it into a 90secs clip. Hope this helps you who may just need to get some stretches and blood circulation going while avoiding any intense workout.
This comprises of some movement to activate the glutes, hamstrings, quads, core, back and arms while loosening the stiff joints.
