Mayim Bialik Instagram – Chag sameach. Today is Israeli Independence Day. I am a Zionist and even amidst a horrible tragic war which Israel did not want, I celebrate the existence of the one country in the world where it is my right to exist as a Jew. I don’t agree with every policy of the Israeli government. I pray for dignity and safety for the Palestinian people. I pray for the return of our hostages, including the 5 Americans being held.
