Meghan Tonjes Instagram – sometimes I’ll hear someone say, “well, we all look in the mirror and feel/think (X)” or “everyone has insecurities about their (X)” and I’m here to remind you that we all do not, nor do we always.
Most of the times in my life where I felt at odds with the size or shape of my body came from a desire to have a better experience with other people or a more streamlined experience clothing that body.
But, I’m fully leaned into appreciating the roundness, softness, fullness, lumpiness, jigglyness and all that it comes with.
May we all experience more moments of peace and comfort in bodies we nourish and adorn with words and thoughts that are as soft as we are.
