Mela Murder Instagram – Last week in Washington square park with my best friends as if we were 17 all over again, minus the booze and drugs for me.. I’m going on 7 months sober ! The addict in me is like let’s drink to sobriety lol such an odd feeling to be laying to rest apart of myself that was extremely destructive but was most definitely something I attached to my sense of worth and security within. I’m grieving that out of control lunatic who fucked shit up leaving a disaster behind where ever she went. I have to pay my respects and move on. Unwiring unraveling recreating the definition of toxic familiar habits with clear eyes and mind. Perseverance! So as I carry on my intense journey of what the fuck is gonna happen next? I’m in need of guidance advice tips from anyone everyone who knows about ancestral herbal holistic medicine,nutrition, lifestyle because On August 1st, I will begin a 13 day physical and spiritual detox. The type of detox that goes deeper then just telling me “drink seamoss and meditate” this cleanse will be like nothing I have ever done before because it’ll be the first time I am knowingly stepping into my shadow to clean house and renovate nourishingly through thoughts foods medicines mental and physical exercises. Im focusing on my Brain Heart and Stomach then my breath and stillness of mind. What do you recommend? From plants to herbs, books to mentors, prayers to sounds, referring me to someone who might know someone.
