If there is a Heaven, undoubtedly my beautiful sister Tisa is being welcomed there. She was the best of us – i have never met a more generous and loving person. She loved life & never complained. Ever. She was a nurse for 27 years, a wonderful sister to Steffi, Prudence and me, a devoted mother to Jason, who died in Iraq, Bridget and little grandson Kylor – the lights of her life. She died unexpectedly yesterday morning. Apparently in her sleep. This is a hard time for all of us who admire and love her so deeply
Tisa was the baby of our family. And I think perhaps the most loved and loving ♥️ i miss you Tisa

There are no words to say how VERY proud i am of my daughter, Quincy Farrow . She has received the Jaqueline Owens Above and Beyond award from the NAACP where she serves on the Legal Redress Committee and as an executive officer with the NAACP. @quincymaureen
I miss you Dad
Frank Sinatra was many things- a gentleman among them. Before he proposed, he first asked my mother for permission to marry me. He and I were standing by his pool in Palm Springs when he asked me. He gave me a beautiful diamond ring and then he left for London where he was filming a movie. I returned to my little, single story rental house in LA. Suddenly paparazzi & flash bulbs pressed at every window. There were no curtains. i hid in the bathroom. When it was dark I didn’t turn on lights. Eventually i crawled ( beneath windows) to the kitchen for pizza. Opening a refrigerator from the floor is a challenge. When the fridge light flashed on & i slammed shut the door without the pizza. Frank called and i didn’t mention the situation because nobody likes complainers, but he had seen something on English tv & said we would get married next day, in Las Vegas. I barely slept . In the morning my friend Maria came over & said the white suit in my closet would do and gave me something old, something borrowed, something blue & new.. i was sorry that my mom wouldn’t be there- I knew she’d be hurt. And his kids who i loved. But all that was out of my control. My friend Babs took me to the airport and his plane flew me to Vegas where he was waiting in a living room of the Sands hotel. He looked very handsome and he was beaming. i cant remember saying the actual vows. I felt dazed. At some point a huge cake and photographer appeared. I usually love cake but couldn’t eat it. All of it was beyond what i could process. After the cake cutting, he said, “We’ll go out and give the press a few minutes so they’ll leave us alone”. (which never happened). Then we went to his home in Palm Springs. We called our families, put on comfy clothes and I really don’t have words for how deeply happy we were . Our friend Edie gave us a party in LA. I wore the lacy dress. I remember it cost twenty seven dollars. The party was fun. My family came and many of Frank’s famous friends. I ate lots of cake. And i loved him with all my heart ♥️
