In recent years, I’ve stopped tying my sense of accomplishment to how much I work. As a millennial who identified heavily with being “useful” to feel worthy, I fear i’ve fallen in love with the flip side 🙈 Being able to do what i love feels exhilarating, but similarly, i treasure my brainless time too. There is no going back 😙 (I hope my boss doesn’t read this)
Now, the feeling of doing nothing is unmatched 🤣 I hope you give yourself the gift of grace, peace, and rest this weekend 💙
